from External Access database
121 has an exclusive Drag & Drop Hierarchy Builder feature allowing parts of structures to be copied, from an external Access database, for linking with other terms within the structure. The ability to use an external Access database means a new structure may be fully prepared off-line then merged into the main structure when confirmed it is exactly as required. The term selected is copied, along with its child/narrower terms and relationships, scope notes, etc to the selected target position. Term level changes are managed automatically, This is a very powerful feature that significantly eases the task of creating new structures.
