Delete Terms
121 provides several easy ways to delete, or disconnect terms links to lower level terms. Disconnection is a specific feature for removing terms from a thesaurus structure. Within a Thesaurus a particular child/narrower term may appear in many places however the structure actually only has one instance of the term that is then linked as required to parent terms. Processing a delete would remove all instances of the term so 121 has a disconnect action to only remove a specific instance along with its connected child terms.
This short video demonstrates deleting a term and its linked child/narrower terms. To view full screen use the expander button at the bottom left for Windows and Android or top right for Apple products.
